The 9 January 2021 planting event in Barn Crescent was changed, for Covid 19 safety. We had volunteers in their domestic 'bubbles' to plant all 70 Woodland Trust whips, just in time. The fruit tree planting, scheduled for 23 January, has been postponed, and a new date will be set when it is safe to get people working together outdoors.
Keep an eye on the website or our Facebook group for a revised planting date for the Community Orchard planting. Priority will be given to those who have already booked for this event, but there will be more spaces available if you want to get involved.
